Also records min, max or avg. Logged data can be reviewed on meter or downloaded to PC using software included. Supplied with 2x 1m K type thermocouple leads -200 to 1,372 deg C. High temperature limit depends on thermocouple construction material. Custom TC provided have an approximate upper limit of 800 to 900 deg C.
